Trivec Systems övergår till Caspeco AB den 1 maj 2026
[In english below here] Sedan Caspecos köp av Trivec sommaren 2025 har vi successivt slagit ihop våra organisationer och den 1:a maj 2026 tar Caspeco AB över hela den befintliga verksamheten i Trivec Systems AB genom ett inkråmsförvärv. Även efter hopslagningen fortsätter Trivec by Caspeco vara en egen produktlinje, men nu inom Caspeco AB.
Det innebär att ert avtal med Trivec Systems AB (556524-8571) automatiskt övergår till Caspeco AB (556661-9531) den 1:a maj. Även under en övergångsperiod kommer fakturor att skickas från olika system, dock alltid med Caspeco AB som avsändare och betalningsmottagare.

Trivec Systems transfers to Caspeco AB may 1, 2026
Since Caspeco’s acquisition of Trivec in the summer of 2025, we have gradually merged our organisations, and on 1 May 2026, Caspeco AB will take over all existing operations in Trivec Systems AB through an asset acquisition. Even after the merger, Trivec by Caspeco will continue as its own product line, but now within Caspeco AB.
This means that your agreement with Trivec Systems AB (556524-8571) will transfer to Caspeco AB (556661-9531) on 1 May. During a transition period, invoices may be sent from different systems, though always with Caspeco AB as the sender and payee.
For you, nothing changes in practice – the same team, the same services, the same points of contact, the same support.
